SAW artist Statement:

If you were to step into Lorde for the first time, what would you notice?

You might marvel at the curated selection of beauty and skincare, or the art and furniture pieces sourced by the spaces designer, or the flowers deliberately fluffed and collaged together on each tabletop.

The more I came into Lorde, I noticed how often Rachel changed these flower bouquets to impact the atmosphere. I couldn’t help walking up to them and observing all the little details of the arrangement and how they complement the products and experience of the space.

The flowers and the environment they come from are the heart of the Lorde experience. This sense of meditation and presence was the goal I sought to achieve when designing Lorde’s first garment of clothing.
