Let’s start here, tonight. Here's a meditation for the over-exfoliated soul.
May we acknowledge that it is not just our faces that can be over-exfoliated and worn down; our hearts can be, too. May tonight, we embrace a softer approach.
Anoint your face, head, and heart with oil. Sing and speak affirmations into your heart to what is good. Breath, and let this expand and surround.
Let this bolster what has been stripped down and stripped away.
remembering our skin, minds, and souls, are vessels of regeneration.
They are also vessels of love, not just pain.
Love is the strongest form of resistance in the face of pain and fear.
It stubbornly and knowingly accepts that renewal is inevitable when we extend Love toward oneself, and another, and another; until the only option of this pour in and out of Light, is to glow from.
There is a softer way. No picking. No over-correcting. No punishing.
May we continue supporting the protective barrier within our face, bodies, and our minds, grounded in Love.
